To Make a Reservation
Email or call us with the dates you would like to vacation at Beit Yam. We will verify the availability of Beit Yam and pencil you in for the agreed upon dates. Then you pay half of the total amount per night (including tax) times the number of nights, and half of the cleaning fee and security deposit.
Once we receive your payment, we will ink in your reservation and send you a confirmation. The balance of the total amount is due 30 days before your arrival date. Once we receive the balance from you, we will send you the address, maps and (of course) the keys.
In the event of a cancellation, a full refund of your deposit will be made, less a $50 cancellation fee, if the cancellation is received 60 days or more before arrival date. There are no refunds for leaving early or arriving late.
Three Prohibitions
Out of courtesy for our guests who have environmental sensitivities:
1. Absolutely NO SMOKING IN THE HOUSE!
2. No pets
And, in keeping with the sanctity of the Irish Beach Community:
